Work within talkSPORT radios S&P activation team translating contracted Sponsorships and Promotions into national executions across our multi-platform brand. The ideal candidate needs to have an understanding of the media market and experience within the radio industry would be advantageous. If you’re creative, enjoy working as part of a team, are a multi-tasker and happy to do anything to get the job done, then please get in touch. Main duties/requirements of the job: 1. Taking a proposition from sale to activation on air, on digital and in press. 2. Product/brand knowledge of talkSPORT and all its platforms 3. Understanding of the radio & media market places 4. Understanding and an interest in marketing and advertising 5. Coming up with, as well as effectively implementing, creative competition ideas 6. Writing presenter reads and script 7. Being articulate and a practical thinker when communicating with all departments involved in delivering a contract 8. Creating audio clips and examples of advertising for client, post campaign 9. A working use of media jargon in order to create post campaign reports for clients 10. Account handling on long term partners 11. Confidence in face to face meetings, and a good phone manner 12. Communication with winners and sourcing of prizes 13. Organisation of Outside Broadcasts and events co-ordination
