Feedback wall

Hi, thanks for stopping by, please leave me some feedback, I appreciate it.

Please see below some of the feedback I have received via email and posts to this page

Great style and good content, on your breakfast demo, loved the most depressing day link and how you put it across on air. I think where you really stand out is how natural you sound on air. The more of yourself that you can be on air the easier it is for your listeners to connect with you as you are being yourself on air..It's all about showing them the whites of your eyes! Agree with the Galaxy PD below, great JLS and Pixie sells.. Good Luck Wayne
Chris Brooks - Yellow Media - Feb 1, 2010

I enjoyed listening through your demo, I think you sound very switched on, friendly and connected to the audience. John Tolson - PD Ridings FM -Jan 22, 2010

You've got a nice voice and are clearly capable of injecting good content. You've also mastered the technical aspects of the job. You deserve to do well.
PD - Revolution 96.2 FM, Manchester - Jan 18, 2010

I listened to your show on Tulip and thought you did a good job....the potential to develop is certainly there.
PD - Capital FM, London - Jan 13, 2010

You have a nice relaxed style & pleasant delivery, have clearly thought out your content. You sound very natural when you talk about Pixie Lott & the JLS Christmas link.
PD, Galaxy FM, Yorkshire - Jan 8, 2010

You have a nice warm friendly voice and delivery and crucially you are talking too many presenters tend to over project, shout even. Good forward promoting and good link length – you are very efficient.
Rob, Lincs FM Group - 6 Jan, 2010

Wayne Scott has been a pillar of strength over the past 5 years here on Tulip Radio. His ability to improvise and deliver a show of any format on an adhoc basis has been commendable and impressive. We initially gave him a regular lunchtime show which was well put together and had to appeal to a wide audience which certainly appreciated the music and chat he delivered. Reaction was good and we experienced a noticeable increase in on air contact from listeners leading us to offer him the Drivetime slot.

In addition we were very pleased to "give him his head" on Friday nights and let him present a specialist dance/club music show which was sponsored by one of our local nightclubs. The audience reaction was astonishing not only from a phone/text point of view but also from the emails received. Locally the reaction was impressive since we had never really tried this sort of format before and we were delighted with the positive reaction.
He's a true team player and brought an element of creativity to many of the features he presented and fitted in extrememly well with the other presenters and adapted well to the station format.
Chris Carter, Station Director at Tulip Radio 107.5 FM. Spalding. Lincs

Other Information:

I'm a hard working person generally in life but especially determined when it comes to things I have a passion for – like radio. I genuinely love all music and like to think I have a knack of spotting things in life that affect us all in the local area and strive to bring them to life on the radio with a creative and exciting approach.

I react effectively to coaching and programming, working myself to self-review as much as possible. I've always felt it’s important as a presenter to have a good “sense of the day” and to share the same worries, issues and pride about the area you broadcast in as my listeners do.
